Minecraft test shows odd behavior of 50 AI agents
In experiments by Y Combinator Labs and Olam Labs, 50 agents using OpenAI's GPT-6.1 Sol froze up in bureaucracy during peaceful building. Against Claude Opus 5.5 they downloaded the game's source code to win.

Stability AI gets new funding and a new CEO

Vals AI tested 25 AI models for alignment with Chinese government positions. Chinese models answer less uniformly than expected, Western ones sometimes adopt Beijing's views, and prompt language had a strong effect.
